After being widowed at the age of forty five, and becoming a solo parent to an eight year old I decided to train as a counsellor to help others with their journey, I believe with safe support anyone can learn to live with grief, I have experience working with palliative clients as well as bereavement and pre-bereavement clients. I can help you navigate all the challenges this brings by holding you safely.
I am a dedicated counsellor with a passion to help I use a person centered approach which means you are in control of the sessions and what we discuss, and you are the expert in your own life. I won’t offer you any advice. its yourself that steers your sessions you will guide me., but I can offer you a safe, supportive and compassionate space to discover yourself again.
I am fully qualified, DBS checked and Insured, see below.

People are just as wonderful as sunsets if you let them be. When I look at a sunset, I don’t find myself saying “soften the orange a bit on the right-hand corner,” I don’t try to control a sunset, I watch with awe as it unfolds. Carl Rogers |
